1. Membership

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Welcome Gift

The welcome gift is redeemable on your first dine-in visit after registration. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.

3. Birthday Treat

A birthday treat is available during your birthday month. Valid ID may be required. The treat is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Referral Programme

Referral rewards are credited upon successful registration and first visit by the referred member. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.

5. Communications

By joining, you consent to receive promotional emails and messages from Leaf Corner. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Amendments

Leaf Corner reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
